Welcome to East-Pro Basketball!
Over 350 youth, ranging in age from six to seventeen are registered in our program.
We offer developmental programs in the following categories for both boys and girls:
•Tykes - Ages 5 - 8
•U11 - Ages 9 & 10
•U13 - Ages 11 & 12
•U15 - Ages 13 & 14
•U18 - Ages 15 - 17
All children make a team! Registration dates are from June to Aug 15. Try-outs are in early September and teams are formed according to skill level. The season runs from October to March with a break at Christmas. There is one practice during the week and games are held on Fridays for Tykes and Saturdays for all other s (no Sundays!). Games are held at various schools around the city.
Basketball has become one of the most popular sports in North America. Our program offers children the means to learn and play at any level, from competitive to recreational. We have a lot of fun and our players are among the top in the city.
Our boundaries according to the Calgary Minor Basketball Association (CMBA) are as follows:
I.East to West: Deerfoot Trail East to RR 284 NE
II.North to South: Hwy #566 to 50 ave SE
